Live cohort · Sept–Oct 2026 · 70 seats
You already know what to do.That was never the problem.
September Surge is three live sessions with two psychologist-coaches, built for the part of a job search that no template fixes: the freeze. Not a course. Not a replay. Three weeks, live, with people trained to take self-doubt as seriously as the mechanics.
$147 for the first 48 hours after doors open · $197 after · doors close [cart-close date]
Lisa was named to the 2026 Thinkers50 Coaches50 — the global list of the world's most influential executive coaches. She and Richard also co-authored Own Your Greatness.
Why this exists
Information was never the bottleneck.
You know you should be networking. You know your resume needs tailoring. You know you should follow up. What's actually stalling you is quieter than any of that — the voice that says wait until you're more qualified, or someone else deserves it more, or now isn't the right time.
That voice doesn't move when you watch a video. It moves in a room, in real time, when someone reflects back what's actually happening and you have to respond to it live. That's the whole design of September Surge — three sessions, capped at 70 people, with hot-seat coaching built into every one, so the work happens in front of you, not to you.
Who you'll actually work with
Meet Lisa & Richard.

Richard Orbé-Austin

Three live sessions
Reset. Position. Close.
Reset
The psychological freeze that stalls a search before it starts, and how to move through it now.
Position
Your resume, LinkedIn, and outreach sharpened for speed — and how to actually get in front of a hiring manager during this window.
Close
Interview presence and negotiation, live-coached, so you stop shrinking and start asking for what you're worth.
Every session closes with 15–20 minutes of hot-seat coaching — a few people get worked on live, in front of the group, on something real. You don't have to volunteer to get value from watching it happen.
About the market you keep hearing about
It's more complicated than "nobody's hiring."
Hiring's been uneven all year, and the most recent national jobs report came in soft. But underneath that, a few things are true at once — and September and October are historically when hiring picks back up, as managers return from time off and stalled projects restart.
Unemployment for college-degreed workers in July 2026 — versus 4.1% nationally.
Of employers plan to add permanent staff in the second half of 2026, up from 60% in the first half.
Projected increase in Class of 2026 college-grad hiring — up from a flat outlook last fall.

Is this you
Quick gut-check, because this isn't for everyone.
Probably for you if
- You're job searching, or open to a move
- You already know most of the "how-to" and still aren't moving
- You'd rather be coached live than watch another video you'll bookmark and forget
Probably not for you if
- You want a fully self-paced, work-whenever product
- You can't show up live for all three sessions: Wednesdays at 8pm ET, Sept 23 / Sept 30 / Oct 7
Or give it away
Sometimes the best thing you can do is buy someone a seat.
If it's your kid, still sending applications into a silence that feels personal — or a partner who's been quietly grinding through their own search alone — this is something you can actually do for them, instead of just cheering from the sidelines. If it's your kid specifically: employers are planning to hire more from this year's graduating class than they expected to even six months ago, so that silence isn't the whole story.
If it's a coworker instead — the one who's been saying they want out for a year and hasn't moved because doing it alone felt like too much — you don't need to buy them anything. Just send them this page.

Questions
Before you register
What if I can't make one of the live sessions?
This format only works if you can show up live for all three — Reset, Position, Close. If you already know you'll miss more than one, this probably isn't the right season for you, and that's fine to admit now rather than mid-cohort.
Is this recorded?
No. Turning it into a replay would just recreate the video-library problem this format exists to get away from. The value is in being in the room, live, with the two of us.
I'm nervous about the hot-seat coaching — do I have to participate?
No. It's voluntary. Plenty of people get real value just from watching someone else get coached live, in the moment.
I'm not sure I'm even ready to job search yet.
If you're even quietly open to a move, that's enough. Most people in the room won't have a resume out yet either.
Can I actually give this as a gift?
Yes — choose "it's a gift" at registration and enter their details. Or, if it's a coworker rather than family, just forward them this page; that one's simpler than buying it for them.
What's the refund policy?
We're confident you'll find real value here — that's why registration comes with a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you decide it's not for you for any reason, just request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase date.
