The Almost Candidate
You're getting initial interviews, but you're rarely advancing.
Your résumé got you through the door. Now we need to understand what's happening once the conversation begins.
The Finalist
You advance through multiple rounds and repeatedly get close — but someone else receives the offer.
You're clearly competitive. The diagnostic question becomes much more nuanced: what's happening in the last mile?
The Scattershot Searcher
You're pursuing multiple roles, industries, or directions because narrowing your search feels risky.
But being open to possibilities and being unclear about your professional value are two different things.
The Exhausted Searcher
